The Guidance document gives very detailed plan for the implementation of the Remedial Teaching and Winter Coaching programme for Class 9 and 10 respectively. The document contains detailed planning steps like the Model for implementation, implementation steps as well as experiences of the field that would give teachers and head teachers along with the district and state administration to implement the programme effectively.

The Winter Coaching document also contains activities based on key topics so that teachers can support students to practice some of the difficult topics as well as brush up some of the fundamental ideas that students have on these topics. Most of the activities have been created in a way students can also have interesting sessions that help them remember key topics along with the thorough testing that they will be going through.
